I whisper these words in my ear when i’m lifting🤣 If you can go 10 or more reps on a particular weight, increase the weight so you can go 4-6 reps, that’s how you progressively overload.

I thought you had to stick to a weight you can do more reps with while maintaining a good form

Yep When you can already go 10-15 easily, you should increase to a heavier weight 4-6 till you can hit 10-15 too
