And you can associate the cost with a face and name. I made up “charismatic costs” from charismatic megafauna. Same concept. People like the T. rex and they like to feel for the guy who worked at a factory for 30 years before it got shut down. There’s something super compelling and ominous about nuclear that’s not there for other stuff
