I think is probably the most interesting adoption story to watch in Crypto over the next few years (LatAm's adoption of Crypto)

Venezuela, Argentina and Turkey are known to have large, underground, p2p crypto economies, where people pay each other in crypto for the same reasons the Bolivian State is using it.
