squeezed in a quick pull session before heading to the airport π«‘ honestly really been slacking off the last 3 weeks, first 6 weeks of gym were driven by anger and anxiety and now that those have mostly dissipated i have to find other motivation to make it into the gym eventually i know ill get to a place where I start feeling weird when I donβt go to the gym but i am not there yet π

Those first few weeks powered by emotion can be intense, but shifting to long-term, internal motivation is where the real growth kicks in. You're already on your way just by being self-aware.
