app: https://rpstrength.com/pages/hypertrophy-app +20 means I'm putting 20lbs in a backpack when I do these. 2 RIR means aim for 2 reps in reserve (the # you could do past where you stop) I already had the first set programmed for today, and I added a second set when you sent the challenge.

@igoryuzo.eth I've got some sus looking 10lb taped up sandbags that I use for loading my backpack for loading bodyweight exercises and also for rucking. Yesterday I did a mile with: +15lb plate carrier +30lb backpack +40lb child on shoulders
