this heat wave will end in some days and may get another one in some weeks

it is the topic in this zone of europe last years but these heat waves are going higher every year

40° and no air becoming the normality these days and even nights, 

usually nights were refreshing the day but these days till 5-6 am nothing.. then 8-9 back to heat, that's wild

Heat waves very big issue nowadays in summer in my country last year people’s dies 

Less exposure to sun always good in this case wake up early completely the task and afternoon rest and after 3 pm start again we follow this routine mostly in my area because nowadays temperatures here every day 40 almost sometimes up .
