My weight’s been going up too fast lately. 

Switching to low-fat, low-oil meals. Time to eat clean

I eat way too fast though—my healthy meal's already in my stomach, no real pics, just the promo ad from the shop 😅
Not bad though: tuna, high protein, lots of veggies, and grains. Clean eating vibes
