The problem with technology is that it's almost all propositional knowledge and understanding, but that is just one kind of knowledge. But I do sense it goes in phases. I don't know if AI can come to have art appreciation in music or fine art, or an equivalent of it's own, but I don't necessarily think it's impossible to exist one day.
