It’s not just the product decisions - (at least product gives you the illusion that what you decide has correlation so you can sleep better at night) and that still can’t be replicated But it’s not just the product. Its the time, it’s their lives, It’s the people that build it, the people that use it, the education they got, the love they gave, the geopolitics, the wars, what they ate for breakfast, how their mom was to their childhood dog, their first heart break, the time their grandma passed And then it hits you —- you have no control over… any of this for your customer. Almost None. which leads to… do whatever the hell you believe is best
