One of the highest priorities for Ethereum should be to bring token issuance back to the l1. It doesn't make sense to have 10b and 8b natively issued on Base and Arbitrum without any l1 security. Clankers and other launchpads should deploy on the l1. Then, it's okay to move most liquidity instantly to some l2 (if you don't build the best project ever or tailor to whales).
