Would love to understand the rationale here. Is this to grow the team share? Or to have even more incentive budget? 

I thought this was already pretty well done with 40% set aside. Fwiw I (public market investor) am happy to buy some $noice when it’s cheap and you seem to already have a decent amount of $noice and could need some working capital it $eth or stables too?

Obv when there’s a proper business model it’s great to introduce token value accrual mechanisms, some holder incentives, whether that’s buybacks or other things ..
