I would use a reputation system and airdrop the token to quality reputable users. Doesn’t really matter if they sell or not for me. I want them to a) use/be aware of the product, or/and b) trade the coin, and external watchers (like the ones on @interface) get aware of the product thanks to them.

With reputation you nearly don’t care about intentions.
