Kinda feel like spam needs a faster fix right now - how about paid human moderation? 

Could be funded with channel passes as a subscription - $50 a month per channel across 100 channels across 2 people is a lot of money in some places of the world

Seeing this makes me very happy that none of the channels I host are on the degen boost list 😅

It seems like letting the host selectively “decentralize” the hide button could help? Like they assign mods who are not hosts but can also hide (and the hosts get an unhide)

If you run a channel like /design with 80k+ members, staying on top of moderation can be a big job. With automod you can now delegate select moderation abilities to quality members–without having to make them a full blown cohost.
