on a scale of mean to genius what do you think of setting a timer every 30 min and placing it in a separate room where you can still hear it so you're forced to get up at least every 30 min and drink water, stretch, have a snack, etc would you get super annoyed by the beeping every 30 min or would you feel 100x better anyway bc you're hydrated and well fed

i have one on my desk, ended up snoozing it mostly but even that was helpful in noting the passage of time. putting it somewhere else is a good idea

i often despised it im honest cause once im locked in i didn't want anyone pulling me out of the cave

I also despise being pulled out of the cave but being in the cave too often makes the adhd worse 🥲
