shipped a new version of the top mini apps algo

- momentum: mini apps that are growing hourly / daily / weekly will get boosted, this gives new apps a better shot of climbing up the leaderboard
- dynamic: momentum also makes this algo much more sensitive to changing trends, expect to see more variability based on what's hot
- open: the previous algo was tied to rewards, this has the negative impact of apps being missing for reasons like being in a jurisdiction we aren't able to pay rewards to, now all apps get scored

Can you describe momentum in more detail? Is that one factor weighted against others or does it encompass or replace simple numbers like opens, adds, searches?
