My original flight out of SFO was delayed 30 minutes because they were looking for a spare part to fix the plane. When it became an 85-minute delay, I had them rebook my flight because I was going to miss my connecting flight. I'm about to board my new flight three hours later and my old flight still has not yet departed. Some say UA 2348 is still waiting for that part to this very day.
