a post-modern video genre that i haven't seen much of is creative nonfiction with real actors where characters tell stories based in real events, but it's scripted kind of like forking and branching reality as a performance of a story treme did this very well in season 1 @cameron, have you seen any of this type of content?

oh, this looks cool i was thinking more like real-time, current events-based sketches like reacting to events in real-time as characters acting out stories instead of just talking about events on a podcast

Oooooooh i have seen plenty of this but maybe im not getting what you mean I see a ton of talking head act outs in roughly this format

lol kinda, so imagine something like this but with an actually good script not acknowledging that there's a camera, just reacting to some news or cultural event with actors with dialogue and some basic cinematography
