if i was 18 this year i would live on my parents house and spend 8 hours every day learning how to code smart contracts and farcaster frames, playing around with ideas and shipping everything asap

basically 100% focused on learning a valuable skills and creating stuff

why not more people do this?

18 I already had over 20k saved up from working my ass off. Started working at an old folks home down the road from my house.

19 I had my own rental and two vehicles. 
I had three jobs though, till I could get a high enough paying one. I worked with special needs children then got my real estate license when I was 21. ;) 
Just mommin it now. ❤️
