this was after I had a brain bleed that almost killed me. I had vertigo for months, and nearly daily physical therapy. 

I rediscovered my love of writing, and poetry. listening to music, and just vibing. this was nearly a decade ago. 🫶🏻

oh wow. were there any sympthoms of the brain bleed before it happened?

no. it was sudden. 

I had another similar episode a couple of years ago where I ended up with a cane for several months. 

and my younger sister just passed away a little over a month ago from an aneurysm. she did have symptoms beforehand but they were entirely ignored. 

the healthcare system here is… strained.

agh i feel melting inside when reading this. i feel the love that comes through your words, and also the enormous pain you've gone through that has led you into it

thank you lovely. 

I try my best. some days that’s just staying in bed away from the negativity of the space outside of my bubble. 

and some days I’m learning how to expand my positivity perspective far beyond what I have previously believed possible.
