Walked into the gym fully planning to use today as a training day. Instead, when I opened my fitness app, the suggested workout was a partitioned full murph. So I decided to go for it. 1 mile 20 sets of: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats 1 mile

Wow the 20 sets is killer.. fyi the 5/3/1 regimen is a good one to try out!
