Don’t wait for perfect. Aim for useful. The longer you wait to show your work, the more invisible it stays. You don’t need buzz. You need truth. Talk to people who try new things. They’ll show you what matters and what doesn’t. Build for clarity, not applause. Show enough to get feedback. Tighten the loop. Test the edges. Distribution isn’t something you earn later. It’s the only way to learn what’s worth building now. Be early. Be real. Respect your user. That’s how you build something that actually fits.
