They should decriminalize cocaine and turn it into a tourist destination for coke heads. Can you image the demand for that?

How might we convince the Federal Government to decriminalize cocaine,allow the cartels to produce legally and then tax the crap out of it. 

Second issue is how might we get the US government to let it happen. What would have to be true for that to happen 🤔 

I think we might need to workshop this.
