yes do red light therapy with meditation when I wake up, then I consume 30g of protein, have coffee, followed by 40min of speed walking, breakfast, then I'm ready for a couple hours of work, then lifting at the gym. I also take a shit ton of supplements every day lol wow my life sounds boring af 🤣 🤣

What is red light therapy?? Your routine sounds awesome actually. I need to add exercise into mine. And probably supplements. Why not? Science is awesome and I want to live a long time!
