My most NYC moment is this sign. After constantly being told how to use the toilet in Japan (in the most polite way possible) NYC brings the truth.

So actually it’s because people use those wet wipes that claim it’s flushable but isn’t and it causes these crazy backups that are really really expensive - a while back there was a surge of toilets getting clogged - and these signs went up everywhere
