I'm currently developing T-Cell Engagers for solid tumors.  They are "eat me" signals that attach to cancer cells kill them.  It is a very simple concept but can easily kill someone if they bind to normal cells.

We make T-Cell Engagers that are inactive until they get to the tumor, reducing toxicity.

Pretty cool my wife is working on using NK version of CART because CART can be risky where you need T donors or your own T cells because of graft vs host

Very cool, similar concept but CART requires a lot of engineering, I was super excited about allogenic CART’s but they haven’t done much in solid tumors so far.
