All tech offices should be open 1-2 days a week to the public with programming focused on the specific community they’re looking to reach

this is a pretty broad decree what if your customers don’t live near you?

i’m trying to think through examples where this wouldn’t work obviously office size is an issue but there are very few examples where a company has a sufficiently large office and there aren’t *some* relevant stakeholders nearby (potential partners, customers, industry professionals, etc) that they could host

Real estate tech company opens shop to agents and other real estate professionals once a week for a couple hours of coworking and a 30 minute workshop. What’s the harm?

Real estate is a very specific example where all of your customers live near you. What about the social network we’re currently using? Would Farcaster be better if Merkle mandated an in person happy hour twice a week for people that live in Venice Beach California? What about once you sign up all the customers that live near you? Do you just keep hosting anyway?
