15 min @ 190 degrees literally about to 10x my productivity for the next 90 min and then 10x my sleep score tonight When I make it there will be signs ..

love sauna it helps for sleep, better immune system, better skin. I’m now doing two rounds of sauna everyday. I stay 10 min than go outside on my balcony for a few minutes to cool down and then i go back to sauna. Finish with cold water. Noticed my skin would look amazing after doing this for one-two weeks
