is staking lido on base via a bridge wrapped token a good idea in terms of bridge risk? What's the risk profile on this? Is the risk different to eth on base? https://blog.lido.fi/lido-goes-to-base/

1/ wstETH uses the same native bridge as ETH, so has the same amount of bridge risk. the security of that native base bridge is always our P0 priority and we invest a ton in making it safe.

2/ the only other thing to know with wstETH on Base is that in order to "unstake" it, you'd need to debridge (7 days), then unstake it on L1 via the protocol. good to keep this in mind as it can impact L2 liquidity/markets/dynamics in a mass unstaking event.
