If you’re going to send your kid to a private school, make sure it’s one of the objectively best ones in your state 

People make the mistake of thinking private = automatically better than public school, but private schools are not held to the same standard in that teachers don’t need certifications (usually the pay is much lower as a result) and usually they don’t offer special services if your kid needs extra support 

The best private schools blow public schools out of the water, but the middle of the pack ones are usually much worse

Lots of private schools are just filled with kids that got bullied at public school.

Yea it’s a thing bro. Lots of parents decide to pay to send the kid private if they think they might get bullied or had problems in the past.
