Six months alcohol-free to start the year. I’d been cutting back for a while, but now I'm fully committed. Feels good, vibing. Clear mind, better energy, more focus. I’m aiming for the full year but can already tell I’ll likely keep going. Just trying to stay aligned and show up as my best self, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
