Since my ankle sprain in February I’ve shied away from any hard slabs, with minimal hand holds and mostly foot movement. It used to be strength of mine and I’m finally making steps to getting back there. Felt like a milestone after my grade 3 ankle sprain to finally get some confidence back!
Been working on my widegrip pullups for climbing for close to a year now. They were a real struggle where I could only do 3-5. Pretty happy with this improvement doing very little pullups and mainly lat pulldown to reduce the load
As a brit, I think the roads definitely feel like that. I’d never drive through the centre of London unless I wanted it to take longer. The UK has always been described as a nanny state even by those in it.
Training in japan now. Goal is to improve my movement and learn from their unique setting. Journey starts in Osaka and will end up in Tokyo.
