I’m a huge fan of gin, there’s a nostalgic attachment to it. It was my late grandfather’s drink of choice, and now it has become mine. As a teen, he’d sneak me sips and taught me the importance of knowing how to make a good gin martini. And if you didn’t have the time or resources, it’s alright to take it with a little tonic water.

How nostalgic about your grandfather 🥹.

For the brand, I chose a model train, which used to travel through the area many years ago, called "La Trocha."

I made the first batch on Sunday, renting equipment. The gin turned out fabulous!
