But the question is, i have bridge my tn100x from ham to base and its been almost 10 days but i have not received my tn100x into base 

I used ham.fun/bridge

Is there any problem? Or it will take more time to bridge?

I never used this bridge so I can't really help, but per the other comment there is some second step you need to take
