I think the strategy was to basically give him no room for a statement, which probably worked for now.

yes, you are right that I didn't frame it very well, and I probably shouldn't have even casted something so poorly written. 

in any event, my read was that the situation unfolded quite quickly at Farcon and the decision was made to remove him from the company, based on 'lack of disclosure' for lack of a better term. 

yet thinking through his side, I am sure he wasn't happy about that judgement.  I mean, morality aside, that was his baby. 

so what good was a 'statement' from a basic game theory perspective?

what exactly did he have to gain at that point? 

conversely, if things had played out slightly differently he may have had room to make an 'official statement' while part of the company, in the light of there being a salvageable dimension of something, whether dignity or otherwise.

I want to make your statements make any sense but I can't manage it. 

can you explain how he has no room to make a statement? literally could post something from a fresh account, but I'm pretty sure he probably also still has access to multiple social media accounts under his current/former/past handles
