After 11 years in crypto I can unequivocally say my main lesson is this: 

I would have been better off if I just bought and held bitcoin.

I mean, I've had some big wins, and long-term Eth believer, but the world computer has been slow. 

But trying to catch the next big thing has generally not paid off. 

In general, things in the wider market have moved at about half the speed as expected, and about 1/10th as fast as waves like AI. Will that change? not sure.
