Do not buy $50 sunscreen. That’s all marketing. Buy Beauty of Josen (Korean) if you lean dry/normal or Biore Watery Essence if you lean combo/oily. I do agree with this point in the article: slap on the cheap ass Banana Boat for beach days and extreme hiking. The Asian sunscreens are meant for a couple of hours in the sun while commuting/running errands/lunch. https://www.glossy.co/beauty/how-expensive-can-sunscreen-get/

I've been using zinc oxide based sunscreens. They work great for me. Tried using Biore and some other Korean brands, got bumps immediately on my face. I think I'm allergic to the chemicals. Then I found out there's a difference between mineral vs chemical sunscreen. Now I only go for mineral ones like this. It only costs ~$10. It's usually more ocean friendly as well!

Allergies are tough! A lot of people realize they’re allergic to snail trying and Korean skincare too!
