crazy stat, i thought it might have just been an england thing as i knew they had a much higher obesity rate than most of EU in adults some years ago. but i checked for spain and it really is as bad in kids. but the adult figures for spain are ~50% overweight which is hard to believe, it really didn't seem noticeable when i lived there

I think part of this bc What our eye perceives as fat and what is fat by % bf and BMI are so different When I was overweight 15yr ago by the numbers no one said I looked fat. To this day people tell me I was never fat. But I was
