Random things on my mind today:

- funeral sandwiches that are cut correctly
- the stupid tayto sandwiches
- nostalgia / omnipresence of the club lotto signs on the side of the road. that often seem to be tied to the fence by the carpark at the local GAA field - with the hand changed digits - this weeks jackpot 5600 euros, the lotto as ritual that ties th community and everything an everybody together so and the young ones can make that trip to Croke park again this year. - So and so hasnt won so maybe they’re due now, but hey
- raising one finger when you’re flying down the road that no one has ever driven under 50 on
- getting stuck behind a _______ again 
- the most appropriately dressed lady award at the county fair
