Update: just bought some XRP.

Rough thesis starts with the fact that it's survived 13 years and still stands at #3 mcap behind BTC & ETH, despite overwhelming consensus among "smart" crypto twitter (and here) that it's complete nonsense.

So how and why is that the case? I don't know. 

But if I were to *speculate*, it feels reasonable to speculate that it could have something big in the works with US Gov and/or big banks / large financial institutions, and that the current market cap may be buoyed by  wealthy institutions and individuals with inside knowledge of that. Again, purely speculating. I know nothing.

In 2 weeks after the election, BTC went up 50% and SOL 60% but XRP 200%, and then it doubled the following week while the others stayed relatively still. It's just weird. Hard to ignore the idea there's something going on. NFA

to be clear, i am not suggesting to buy at ATH rn

i almost never buy ATHs personally

that said, sometimes, in retrospect, it is the move

i just personally try to buy far away from ATHs and sell near them

i also have no reason to shill this, not like any of us are going to move the price lol, just interesting
