Reading that channels thread by Dan, a lot of established casters and channel owners stopped trying when they were told channels were deprioritized.

Thanks. It’s truly hard to gauge yet metric wise. It has taken a deep turn into like lack of.

I scroll highly curated channels like this one. But I know I am in the minority. Sadly so many hosts have left or given up that I had to turn off notifications for a lot of channels I followed because they got spammy. Seems to come in waves.

Yeah…it’s unfortunate but once they deprioritized channels it sort of went that way.  I used to only scroll channel feeds, haven’t done it in a while…

That’s been my feeling as of late. It’s taken the heart out of communities and seems to be “fillers”

I’m not actively scrolling channels but still post to them occasionally.  Hope we go back to a more channel-centric feed

Honestly I’m less on farcaster these days, but when I enter I always take a look on /wac and what ppl post. It remains my lighthouse in this storm of everything

I have back slid on browsing the channel myself. But I am trying to get better at it now that I have more time over the summer.
