I am pausing my activity on Warpcast for the foreseeable future due to the current issue with large number of bots.

Recent posts over the past few months have received hundreds of likes and recasts coming mostly from bots.

We did a deep dive into this today. Main takeaways:

1. The "bots" are humans and we catch a lot of them. 

2. They target famous accounts like @zachxbt a lot more often. 

3. They're evolving to only like/recast spamming

They typically go to cast’s months in the past and use other people's verbatim words in response again, seem to not put any original content out there or if they do it’s copy pasta from Twitter or other social media sites and links like that. 

You’ll see a lot of them with denotations of numbers at the end of the same username if they have any types of allowances and just bombarded tip people that are the owners of the actual account. 

Or if they put original content out there, it is usually scrape from online anyways, so it looks original until you do a Google search

I was actually asking more about how you as a user define what "bot" means to you. With that being said — I can infer that from the screenshots above as well.
