I keep hearing this theory that the housing crisis will sort itself out as Zoomers and Millennials  inherit their parents houses... and I'm just not sure that's going to be generally true.

I think it's more likely that in most cases, those houses will be sold to pay for assisted living, end of life services and medical costs.

I'm really sorry to hear that.

We're definitely not inheriting anything either... so the big question for me is will our parents have enough to support themselves - and I'm not sure they do.
