It’s so little because I went so late (also known as you must be there before noon or it’s gone). But it is one of the best char siew & siew yoke rice places. You might be finding this in Beijing

Haven’t found a good one near us. Might have to hunt a little to find a good one near me. Still taste the disappointment from my goose over rice in the airport

sir, that was at the airport though. you just needed to go out a little :) but i understand travelling with kid, makes it super tough, and short connections 330 $tipn (i think thats what the price of half a roast goose was in hkd not long ago at kam's)

Haha appreciate it. Moreso the short connection. We only had 45 minutes until our boarding time by the time we got through the customs check

yeah HKG isn't great for short connections because of the fact that you may have long queues at security again. it helps if you have cathay status so they really take care of you on short connections. then you will miss the lovely lounges though, but hey, gotta keep on moving
