I had my first really successful session with parallel Claude agents last night. 4 or 5 agents going at once, I was spending all my time on QA, Code Review and Merge conflcits. If this keeps up I’m going to end up with a second Claude Max plan. I don’t know why it finally clicked but I think it was a combination of having a good test suite, an environment setup script and the prompts coming out of Daygent, the tool I’m building to help product leaders build with AI developer agents.

@jachian
how did you arrive at 4-5 agents as opposed to more or less for what you were working on?

Pretty random, it was the max I could do while testing it without me the human losing track of what we were working on.
