That’s pretty genius. I’ve been having thinner flakier ones from sushi spots but will have to look into recipes!!! Can’t wait to try w egg that sounds amazing/good switch up from my usual diet in am

Restaurants typically have these ones that are thicker and doughy. There’s a brand that has these thinner flakier ones. When you cook them you can finnese a pocket into the center and pour an egg inside. Extra fancy and you can chop up some fresh green onion to go in that egg slurry too

Didn’t even think about having them at breakfast hmmm
