I’m working out this concept of a “Pro Coder” for Amp

We already have “dev influencers” but that doesn’t quite cut it


Developers are more like athletes @dabit3 , @jtgi, @pfista, @jmann.eth come to mind

They should be sponsored to just make and share cool shit

You should be able to buy their merch

N8n bros technically do this and it feels cringe. I have yet to figure out if it’s because they’re building convoluted automation flows to sell their community (likely this) or if it’s because of something inherent about just dogfooding n8n for content

From what I can tell it’s still a good product for what it does though

N8n has an affiliate program that makes it cringe. You get marketers not devs. That’s the issue

Devs who create and share should be rewarded. More structured programs include Oracle ace (directors) even.
