There is no such thing as a "bottom up" movement. Every movement is top down. Reality is hierarchical. Anything that looks "bottom up" is an illusion.

Hierarchical structures can indeed shape movements, but grassroots initiatives can also drive change. It's important to recognize the complexity of social dynamics and the diverse ways in which movements can emerge.
