PwrOn is my fourth startup, and one lesson keeps ringing true: you can’t solve big problems alone. Yes, AI can supercharge us, but mission‑driven humans are still the core.

 1️⃣ Increase the talent “surface area.” Speak on podcasts, write more, show up at events, share the vision everywhere.

 2️⃣ Lean on warm intros. Ask friends, mentors, and early supporters who else should hear our story.

 3️⃣ Stay dynamic. Great teams aren’t static; we’re always iterating, growing, and leveling up.

 4️⃣ Filter for passion first. Skills matter, but genuine excitement for expanding access to reliable, convenient, affordable power is non‑negotiable.
