Went to a Coinbase alumni event tonight and loved @barmstrong sharing how he and the exec team resolve conflicts when they disagree on a topic. On a count of three, they'll each say on a scale of 1-5 how strongly they feel about it and the higher number gets it. He said he doesn't remember anyone ever signaling 5

I also really liked when Brian shared he'll give his exec team a "silver bullet" like once a month (they expire so can't stack them up) so that if they disagree with him they can use their silver bullet to have it go through. And a bunch of times they were right and he was wrong
