What’s one book that changed the way you think, and why should others read it?

For me, it would be “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. For a nearly 100 year old book, it’s packed with knowledge that’s applicable today. From choosing your purpose to finding your path. I recommend it to everyone.

I don't read a lot, which is one of my qualities I'm not super proud of. However, Daring Greatly by Brene Brown was a great read. I was challenged to learn to be more vulnerable to create deeper relationships with people. I learned that being even a little vulnerable makes people more comfortable and helps to break the ice. 

In a leadership role, it's helpful, especially to build credibility and open discussion.
